Omega 3 are nutrients, because the body cannot produce them alone, but we have to get them into the body with food. Today’s dietary habits rarely possess a large amount of various micronutrients, such as vitamins, minerals, and the like. The situation is very similar with the intake of omega 3 unsaturated fatty acids.

THE Nutrition has developed a new formula with an optimal ratio of the two most important components of omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acids: EPA and DHA.

We additionally strengthened the formula with 20 mg of vitamin E, which according to the standards of the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) from America is 200% of the daily requirement for that vitamin. Vitamin E is fat-soluble and is one of the strongest antioxidants.

Their role in successfully losing excess body fat has also been scientifically proven, because they raise the level of good cholesterol (HDL- high density lipoprotein) and lower the level of bad cholesterol (LDL- low density lipoprotein).

THE Omega 3 is a premium product, which only contains extracts from fresh fish from the northern seas, which ensures optimal absorption and quality.

Method of use: Consume 1 capsule after three daily meals.
