Yamamoto® Nutrition CreaPOWDER is a food supplement that provides 100% creatine monohydrate, intended for adult athletes and women engaged in intense physical exercises. Creatine (from the Greek kreas = meat) is an amino acid derivative that is naturally present in the body. Its concentration increases with increasing muscle mass.
