The general terms of purchase at Supplement house are defined through ordering, payment, sending goods, and delivery.
Product ordering is done through the website, phone number, and prices are expressed in euros including VAT.
The goods are ordered through the website: https://supplementhouse.me/ 24/7 by clicking “Shop” or “View Offer” on the front page, which opens the page with the offered products. The goods are confirmed for the order when the customer completes the online purchase process via the “Confirm Order” button. The products will be delivered in accordance with the general rules and conditions of purchase.
If a situation occurs in which Supplement house cannot deliver the ordered products, the customer will be contacted regarding the possible replacement or cancellation of a specific order.
Supplement house is not responsible in case of possible damage, due to the inability to deliver any of the ordered products.
Payment is made in three ways:
- Cash on delivery payment (payment to the courier when picking up the shipment)
- Card payment (via the WSPay system)
- We also offer the option of purchasing with a CKB shopping card in installments.
When delivering the ordered products, they will be packed in accordance with the rules of the courier service, so that they cannot be damaged during transport under normal circumstances. Supplement house is not responsible for any damage caused by circumstances beyond the control of the courier service.
Products are not delivered outside the borders of Montenegro during weekends and holidays.
The usual delivery time is two working days from the order confirmation notification. Supplement house is not responsible for possible delays of the courier service.
The customer can cancel the order if it has not entered the process of packaging and preparation for sending.
